I enjoy a delicious cup of flavored coffee myself – my current favorite is cinnamon. All I do is add a pinch of this pungent spice to my coffee grinds just before brewing. Other flavored coffees, such as pumpkin spice or chocolate macadamia nut, are made by infusing regular coffee beans with flavor-adding compounds.
