Stephanie Wright is an Ayurvedic chef, founder of The Wright Methods and former Chef de Cuisine of the Assemblage. Specializing in local, seasonal and sustainable cooking practices, she develops recipes and culinary programming for workshops, retreats and private clients.
Certified in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Culinary studies from Bhagavat Life, an Ayurvedic culinary school founded by Divya Alter, she has utilized her nutritional knowledge to develop recipes for populations with specific dietary guidelines for organizations such as the American Kidney Fund, American Dairy Council, FamilyCook Productions and the NFL sponsored Fuel Up to Play 60 program. She now incorporates her knowledge of market trends, recipe origins and existing and emerging diets as Manna Cooking’s recipe curator and engagement editor.
