- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
In a large container, combine ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp dried oregano and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Add 4 chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour or overnight. Place chicken on a baking sheet, discard marinade and bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
