Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1½ lb ¼-inch thick flanken-cut beef short ribs
  • cilantro, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Whisk balsamic, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic and sriracha together in a shallow baking dish. Add ribs and turn to coat in marinade.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove ribs from marinade. Transfer the marinade to a small saucepan; bring to a simmer on low. Simmer for 5 minutes, until reduced by half.
  3. Grill ribs, covered, until cooked, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with marinade reduction. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
