Honey-Sriracha Grilled Short Ribs
Slightly sweet with a bit of heat and totally tender, these ribs are a barbecue crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1½ lb ¼-inch thick flanken-cut beef short ribs
- cilantro, for garnish
Preparation
- Whisk balsamic, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic and sriracha together in a shallow baking dish. Add ribs and turn to coat in marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove ribs from marinade. Transfer the marinade to a small saucepan; bring to a simmer on low. Simmer for 5 minutes, until reduced by half.
- Grill ribs, covered, until cooked, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and drizzle with marinade reduction. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
