2 cups filtered water
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
½ tsp peeled and grated ginger
Preparation
- In a large glass bottle, combine all ingredients. Screw on lid and shake. Drink throughout the day. (TIP: Use a straw to prevent enamel erosion.)
