This recipe also contains Xylitol, which has been found to significantly reduce dental caries and enhance tooth remineralization.

To use, place roughly 1/4 tsp toothpaste on a dry brush using a clean spoon. Brush teeth, then dispose of toothpaste into a garbage bin (coconut oil can build up in your drain).

When making your own toothpaste, opt for materials like baking soda – a gentle, mild abrasive that removes plaque and stains. Additionally, kaolin clay is excellent for removing stains and polishing teeth for a whiter smile. This recipe also contains Xylitol, which has been found to significantly reduce dental caries and enhance tooth remineralization. Combining these ingredients with calcium helps to build stronger teeth. Now that’s something to smile about!
