Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1 apple, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp each ground ginger and cinnamon and pinch nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Blend 1½ cups milk, 1 apple, roughly chopped, 1 cup spinach, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp each ground ginger and cinnamon and pinch nutmeg with ice, as desired.
