Cinnamon Collagen Milk

This collagen-boosted almond milk is rich and creamy and a great way to add more protein to your diet.

  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp collagen protein powder 

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon 


Place all ingredients in a Mason jar and seal; shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Serve cold or warm.
