Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup toasted almonds
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2–3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp each sea salt and ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. To a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until a paste forms. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use in Egg in a Hole and Loaded Veggie Mini Pizzas. Makes ¾ cup.
