We couldn’t help falling for this 15-minute meal, courtesy of The Fit Girls Dish! The hearty vegetarian feast is easy on your figure and works for any meal of the day. Crusty whole wheat sourdough bread is the perfect host to a pile of greens, grape tomatoes, avocado and grilled asparagus, lightly seasoned and topped with a poached egg and a dusting of parmesan cheese.
