Smoker Dry Rub Seasoning
This dry rub is perfect for seasoning most smoked meats.

Use this rub on baby back ribs!
Makes: 1 generous cup
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup maple sugar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together and use as needed to season ribs or other meats.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in a cool, dry location for up to 3 months.
