Whether you’re getting back on track after overindulging during the holiday season or you simply need a little inspiration to keep your clean-eating plan going strong, our new two weeks worth of meals are here to answer your calls. With 1,500 to 1,800 calories daily, our plan will keep you light on your feet while adding some much-needed energy to your step. Plus, we’ve implemented calorie- and fat-saving tricks throughout the recipes to make them look and taste indulgent (your taste buds will never know the difference!). Meals include lean protein to help reduce cravings and satisfy hunger, and whole-grain fiber to keep you feeling fuller longer. In addition, each day includes at least five servings of fruits and vegetables, three servings of whole grains and a moderate amount of healthy fats to help you feel and look your best.

Simply start by tearing out the two grocery lists, hitting the supermarket and getting these nutrient-rich foods into your home. Then map out ways that you’ll put this plan into action, whether that means asking for social support from your family to help with food prep or making practical purchases, such as containers to bring meals to work. And, to help give you a break in the kitchen, we’ve utilized and revamped leftovers whenever possible throughout the two weeks to save you time (undoubtedly one of your other New Year’s resolutions!). So, capitalize on the fresh start of a new year and renew your motivation to lead a healthier lifestyle over the next 14 days or, better yet, 365!
