Roasted Salmon with Capers & Dill
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz wild, skin-on salmon fillets
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp organic unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp drained and roughly chopped capers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried dill
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Mist an oven safe dish with cooking spray.
- Place salmon in a prepared dish, skin side down, and season with pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together, butter, capers, garlic and dill. Spread over top of salmon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the salmon is opaque and flakes when touched.
