Basil, Chive & Parsley Blender Pesto
Serve with cooked pasta, spoon over grilled fish or spread over whole-grain crusty bread and top with halved grape or cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chives
- Pinch each sea salt and ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
In a blender, combine almonds and garlic; pulse until combined. Add cheese, basil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper; pulse. With motor running, add oil and lemon juice in a thin, steady stream until fully incorporated.
