Enjoying a cocktail with friends can lift your mood and lower your stress levels – and with the right drink, you might be able to get a few more superfood benefits too. With sweet, fruit cherries and the bold aroma of fresh sprigs of rosemary, we’ve got a cocktail that’s both delicious and deliciously stress-soothing. Our Cherry Rosemary Vodka Ice is like practicing aromatherapy each time you lift your glass and get a whiff of rosemary’s woodsy scent.

We chose rosemary to round out this drink’s sweetness because we believe even boozy bevvies should come with a few health bennies. The scent and flavor of rosemary are linked to stress reduction, and rosemary oil, a common element in aromatherapy, has been found to improve alertness and mood. Rosemary’s aroma alone has been found to give cognitive function a boost too, improving concentration, performance and mental speed along with mood and overall outlook.

As an added bonus, rosemary has been found to contain both antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. This robust herb might be able to help strengthen your immune system (a much-needed perk during fall and winter) while also helping to soothe inflammation. Since this frosty blended cocktail includes rosemary as both an ingredient and a garnish, you’ll get a double dose of its health benefits as you sip and smell its fragrance.
