Citrus Aioli

Ingredients
- 1 small to medium garlic clove (or to taste), halved lengthwise (discard any green sprout that may be present)
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp reduced-fat olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh orange juice
Preparation
- Crush garlic firmly with flat side of a chef’s knife. Sprinkle with salt and finely chop (or put through a garlic press). In a small bowl, combine garlic with remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously until well mixed. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 2 hours.
