Granola and yogurt make a great pair. Smooth and creamy yogurt and crunchy granola makes for a satisfying meal or snack. Granola, after all, is made with whole oats, nuts and dried fruit, and most brands have 3 grams of fiber per ¼-cup serving. But not all granola is made equally. They can be high in refined sugar and calories, so if you’re purchasing granola, make sure you check sugar content against serving size. Or, if you have the time, you can make your own!
