They contain antioxidants that can reduce belly fat, reduce muscle aches and promote healthy sleep patterns. They’re also naturally sweet, and give this smoothie a vibrant pink color. Garnish it with chopped almonds for a nuttier flavor and crunchy consistency.

You don’t need ice for this nutrient-dense smoothie. Freeze the ingredients in a zip-top freezer bag overnight, and throw them in a blender the next day. Natural, unsalted peanut butter will create a thick and creamy texture. Add two pitted dates to the recipe for additional sweetness.
