Blue Majik Banana Nice Cream

Blue Majik is a natural extract of spirulina that’s mainly composed of phycocyanin, a bright blue pigment with antioxidant effects that may help boost your immune system and fight cell and DNA damage. Phycocyanin is also a natural anti-inflammatory that may help relieve pain 
after workouts.

Ingredients

  • 3 
frozen bananas, each sliced into eighths
(TIP: For best results, freeze peeled overripe bananas overnight.)
  • ½ cup 
BPA-free canned 
coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop 
(1/2 tsp) Blue Majik 
powder (TRY: E3Live 
Blue Majik powder)

Preparation

  1. To a food processor or a high-speed blender with tamper, add banana, coconut milk and vanilla. Blend to a soft serve–like texture. Add Blue Majik; stir in by hand just enough to create a swirl. Transfer to bowls.
