Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach
  • 1¼ cups plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.

Make it a smoothie pack: For effortless mornings, pile all ingredients except milk and vanilla into a silicone bag or airtight container and freeze. Simply blend with almond milk and vanilla when you’re ready to drink.
