Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas

    3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

    1 tsp each cumin and garlic powder

    ½ tsp each sea salt and ground black pepper

    ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
