Smothered Mushrooms
Tender, meaty mushrooms are smothered in a tangy salsa and topped with gooey cheese for a veg-heavy main dish.

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place mushrooms, upside down, on a baking tray and top each with salsa, green onions and cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
