Simple Sunflower Seed Granola

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300˚F. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until evenly blended.
  2. Press mixture in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
