Fried Egg & Greens

½ onion, diced
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup finely diced broccoli
2 cups each diced chard and spinach
1 tsp tamari
½ avocado, sliced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1. Sauté onion in coconut oil until translucent, 5 minutes. Add broccoli; sauté 5 minutes more.
2. Add chard, spinach and tamari; cook until greens wilt, 2 minutes.
3. Serve with avocado and top with fried egg and red pepper flakes.
