Minty Green Smoothie

Chia are a superb source of vitamins and minerals including calcium, magnesium, vitamin B1 and vitamin B3 just to name a few. What’s more, at 4.7 grams per ounce, chia are packed with more protein than most other vegetarian sources and have four times the amount of antioxidants as blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond or other non-dairy milk
- ½ avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped honeydew melon
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup ice
Preparation
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
