Ingredients
- ¾–1 cup unsweetened mint tea, brewed and chilled
- 2/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ English cucumber (6 oz), chopped
- ½ cup frozen chopped spinach
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- Pinch sea salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender; blend until smooth.
