Ingredients

  • 1½ cup shredded chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package WHOLLY® GUACAMOLE Homestyle
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup chopped red cabbage
  • ¼ cup diced jicama
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cracked pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 sweet red bell pepper, halved and hollowed

Preparation

1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
