Miso, Sesame & Green Onion Dressing

Made from fermented soybeans, miso paste is a probiotic food that helps improve gut health. Miso paste also contains minerals such as calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium. This dressing serves beautifully alongside summer slaws, soba noodles or grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp white miso paste
  • 1/4 cup grape seed oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 tsp raw honey
  • 4 tsp peeled and grated ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together miso paste and 2 tbsp boiling water until smooth. Whisk in grape seed oil, lime juice, honey, ginger and sesame oil until combined. Whisk in green onions and sesame seeds.
