Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) organic unsalted butter, room temperature (TRY: Horizon Organic Unsalted Butter)
  • 1 1/2 oz (6 tbsp) crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh chives
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/8 tsp each sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Scoop onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form into a log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours, until firm.
