Sweet & Spicy Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 4 oz goat cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp each red pepper flakes and sea salt
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dried unsweetened apricots
Preparation
- To a medium bowl, add goat cheese and yogurt. Using a handheld mixer on high blend until smooth and creamy. Blend in honey, pepper flakes and salt. Stir in apricots with a spoon.
